Application

YLHS series shredder has been designed for large diameter pipe shredding without pre-cutting. Machine has been designed for pipe diameter up to 1200mm with different rotor diameter. It can handle complete long pipe, just put the long pipe to the cutter chamber. With smooth hydraulic system, the pipe with length 2-6m with be shredded nicely to small pieces.

Working Principle

Once the material is into the hopper and the machine is turned ON. By powerful rams, the material will be pushed and the rotating knives will catch the material to go through the stationary blades and begins to cut it.
