Barus energy  manufactures big Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line in China. As the super manufacturer, Barus supplies PE/PP large diameter corrugated pipe extrusion machines from size 200mm to 1200mm. It starts to make single wall corrugated pipes, then to double wall corrugated pipes and then triple or more layers of pipes. The whole production line is combined with Main extruders, both single screw extruder and twin screw extruders are applicable. After the extruder, it comes to the forming die set, then followed with corrugator, haul-off, cooling tank, cutter and stacker. The whole production line is centralized to be controlled by PLC control system. The final products are 200mm to 1200mm corrugated pipes, which used as sewer and drainage pipes in road construction and civil engineering, water conveying pipes, main collectors in agricultural drainage, manholes and other applications.
